This morning Rachel Ryder gave some advice for extreme temperature days. Today's heat index will make it feel like 100, so take these cautions:
1. Dress with lightweight and light-colored clothing to stay cool
2. Stay as cool as possible
3. Check on friends/relatives who don't have air conditioning
4. Double-check your car's coolant and other heat-related aspects
5. Drink lots of water/fluids

Sandi Patty will release a book and CD recording, titled "The Edge of the Divine," using her accomplishments and public struggles as her inspiration. The album includes a special duet with Point of Grace founding member Heather Payne on the powerful ballad "When Life Gets Broken." It will be available August 3.
