Fall Exercise Series Offers Beginner & Advanced Beginner Line Dance Lessons for Adults, 60 and Older
Starting September 15, 2010, through December 15, the Jackson County Department on Aging is providing line dance lessons for the beginner and the advanced beginner, called “Get in Line”, for adults, 60 and older. Classes are held at both the Crouch and the Spring Arbor Senior Nutrition Sites. The beginning line dance classes lead participants step-by-step through some of the more popular dance moves, while the advanced beginner puts those moves into popular routines. There is a suggested donation of $1.00 per class for adults, 60 and older, and $2.00 for those younger. If you need additional information, please call Julie Weisbrod at 768-2149. Spring Arbor Senior Center - 122 Star St., Spring Arbor, in the Dining Room:
Tuesdays, 10:00 ~ 10:30, Beginners
Tuesdays, 10:30 ~ 11:30, Advanced Beginners
Crouch Senior Center – 1715 Lansing Ave., Jackson, Room 005:
Wednesdays, 12:15 ~ 1:00, Beginners
Wednesdays, 1:15 ~ 2:00, Advanced Beginners
