Fall Exercise Series Offers Low-Impact Aerobic Classes for Adults, 60 and Older
Starting September 13, 2010, through December 17, the Jackson County Department on Aging is providing Low-Impact Aerobic classes to adults age 60 and older, at the Crouch and the Spring Arbor Senior Nutrition Sites. Each class includes full-body stretching exercises, along with non-jarring, large-muscle aerobic and strengthening moves. There is a suggested donation of $1.00/class for adults, 60 and older, and $2.00/class for those younger.
