Marriage Matters Jackson will be holding a Pick a Partner: How to Avoid Marrying a Jerk or Jerkette workshop on Thursdays, March 4- March 25 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Mat’s Café in Downtown Jackson.

This four-week workshop is for people who are single, or single again, and provides information you need to help you create a great relationship. Cost: $20, includes four meals.

Marriage Matters Jackson is housed at the United Way Center and supported through funding from the Weatherwax Foundation and the Michigan Healthy Marriage Initiative. The vision of Marriage Matters Jackson is to prepare, promote and preserve healthy marriages. It seeks to strengthen marriage, and decrease divorce, by communicating the importance of marriage, connecting people to resources, and collaborating with community leaders and organizations.
