9.3 the Message works with a student broadcast team at Spring Arbor University to bring you live broadcasts of select SAU Men’s Basketball Games on the air throughout the season. The following is a list of broadcasts planned for this season:

Spring Arbor University Cougars vs. Northwood University Seahawks

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics invited Spring Arbor University Men's Basketball Team an at-large invitation to the NAIA National Championships in Point Lookout, Mo.

Spring Arbor has made just one other trip to the NAIA National Tournament in school history. The team advanced to the Elite Eight in the tournament in 1997 under head coach Doug Noll.

The Cougars are one of four Mid Central Conference teams that will make an appearance at this year’s tournament. SAU joins Indiana Wesleyan University, Bethel College and the University of St. Francis in representing the MCC nationally. Four teams is the most of any conference nationally to appear at the tournament.
